 Ahh what to talk about life... Sometimes it gets so hard that you feel like you wanna give up but you can't ,you have to think about your loved ones but unfortunately some people can't hold the pain and tend to commit suicide or try to do some stuff maybe put cuts on hand or some other things. Nobody can describe life in general. Everyone has something or the other in their lives which keeps on hurting them.

Why do we have to deal so much where in we only hoped for a simple life . Sometimes it is unfair. Life is worth living you have so much to achieve. Have a fixed routine, wake up early. An individual have to nap for around 7 to 8 hours to keep you active.

Exercise regularly, pray everyday, engage yourself in some useful activities, should have a good friend circle. If your feeling low then you can explore new places if you're a adventurous type of person or sit at the beach and you'll feel relaxed.
